⚠️ This site is now non-functional, since I cancelled my Spotify subscription in favor of self-hosting my own music. Read more about my homelab here.

I was having a hard time figuring out the music genres of some artists I liked, so I build a “genre checker” where you can lookup artists and see their related genres, using the Spotify API.

I originally built this project using pure HTML/CSS/JavaScript when I wanted to learn how to interact with APIs, and then re-built it later using React to learn about components and layouts.
